This session is designed for individuals who wish to explore a specific concern, area of confusion, or recurring pattern—whether it’s your first session or part of your ongoing journey. It offers a safe, conversational space where you can speak openly, reflect deeply, and receive intuitive, structured guidance. Our consultation & discussion are based on varied themes such as focus, direction, self-doubt, recurring emotional blocks, relationship challenges, health consciousness, or lifestyle clarity. Depending on what arises, the session may include gentle tools including art, craft, sound, dietary plans etc, prompts, or suggestions tailored to your current state. This is not a one-size-fits-all session—it’s personal, present, and paced according to your needs. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to go deeper, this space meets you where you are. Cancellation Policy
Statutory Policy for Oracle Card Reading Services (Hybrid Mode) 1. Applicability This policy applies to all Oracle Card Reading sessions conducted under Designz Life / Blissful Trails in both online and in-person formats. 2. Booking & Confirmation All sessions are strictly by prior appointment only. Bookings are confirmed solely upon receipt of 100% advance payment, inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. Confirmation of the appointment date and time will be provided by the Designz Life team once payment is credited to our account. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling by Clients Full cancellations are not permitted. Clients may request one reschedule only, and such request must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session date. Example: For a Monday appointment, the request must reach us by Friday night. Rescheduled sessions will be offered within 15 days to 1 month from the original booking date, subject to availability. Any request made within 48 hours of the session, or after one reschedule has already been utilised, will not be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show. 4. Attendance & Participation Sessions are designed for one-to-one consultation only. If an additional participant wishes to attend, prior written intimation is required. Acceptance and applicable additional charges will be discussed separately. 5. No-Show Policy If the client does not attend the confirmed session at the appointed time (online or in-person), it shall be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-adjustable. 6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Designz Life / Blissful Trails In the rare event that Designz Life, Blissful Trails, or Ms. Shreya Saha must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies: Clients will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid, or A fresh appointment date within one month of the original confirmed booking. 7. Service Disclaimer Oracle Card Reading is a guidance-oriented service intended to support self-reflection, inner growth, and holistic well-being. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following the session. 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
